Yes. Telegram lets the owner change the phone number linked to an account (Settings → your number → Change Number). The confirmation code goes to the new number, so after the change the account belongs to that number. Its history, chats you keep and username stay the same.

A phone number you control that can receive SMS, and the Telegram app. During the handover we enter your number on the account, you read us the code that arrives, and then you set your own two-step verification password.

The main risks are a seller who keeps a way back in, and accounts registered in bulk on virtual numbers that get banned quickly. Moving the account to your own number, setting your own cloud password and closing all other sessions removes the first risk. Buying aged, normally used accounts from a known seller removes most of the second.

Price depends mainly on age and history, and on the username if it is a short or brandable one. We quote per account. Message us with what you need and your budget.

Telegram does not allow a newly logged-in device to end older sessions for a while (up to 24 hours) as a security measure. That is why we close our own sessions from our side during the handover, and you can check Settings → Devices to confirm only your devices remain.

Telegram deletes accounts that stay offline longer than the period set under Settings → Privacy and Security → “If away for” (6 months by default). After you buy, open the account regularly or set that period to the maximum.

Please don't. Telegram restricts or bans accounts that send unsolicited messages in bulk, no matter how old they are or where they came from. Accounts that are used normally last.
