1. Who we are

Mexaccs ("we") sells social media accounts through this website, through Telegram (@mexaccs) and through third-party marketplaces. Contact: support@mexaccs.com.

2. What you buy

You buy access to and control of a specific social media account, as described and shown to you before payment (for example its join date, follower count and screenshots). The account remains subject to the terms of the platform it belongs to (such as X or Telegram).

3. Platform rules and your responsibility

Many platforms do not allow accounts to be bought, sold or transferred. By buying, you confirm that you understand this risk and that you will use the account lawfully and within the platform's rules. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against an account after the handover, including actions caused by how the account is used.

4. Payment

You can pay us directly using the methods we offer at the time of sale, or buy through the escrow service of a marketplace where we sell. Purchases made on a marketplace are also governed by that marketplace's terms.

5. Handover

After payment we hand over the account as agreed in the chat: login details, the original email or a change of email to yours, removal of our recovery details, and for Telegram accounts a change of phone number to yours. You must change the password and set up two-factor authentication as soon as you receive the account.

6. Problems and refunds

If an account is not as described, or the handover cannot be completed, tell us immediately. We will fix the problem, replace the account, or refund you. Specific guarantees, if any, are the ones we agree with you in writing before the sale.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use accounts bought from us for spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment or any illegal activity. We may refuse a sale if we believe the account will be used this way.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
